As a Corporate Legal Counsel at 9altitudes, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic and international organization. You will have the opportunity to work with various clients in the manufacturing industries with challenging sizes, and actively contribute to the growth of the 9altitudes business.

As a member of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of legal assignments, including the review, drafting, and negotiation of various contracts in close cooperation with colleagues from different departments. You will also provide accurate and hands-on legal advice on various topics, with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with corporate housekeeping topics for the 9altitudes entities, contribute to the standardization and archiving of contracts and legal documentation, and draft, implement and train legal procedures and policies in various compliance areas.
Moreover,
you will be providing assistance in the management of legal disputes, following
up on new regulations, including providing sufficient information and training
to the company. You will report to and work closely with the Corporate Legal
Manager.
Vaardigheden
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master's degree in Law, with proven +3 years working experience as a corporate lawyer or in a law firm, preferably in commercial and corporate (contract) law. You should be willing to work on various legal matters, in a rapidly changing environment, and be communicative, flexible, and committed to providing added value through teamwork. You should take ‘ownership’, put quality first, and realize what efficiency and agility can mean for the company and its clients; providing pragmatic and solution-oriented responses for the needs of the business is key. You should communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing, and have a good basis in French.
