Business Application Owner Office 365

Your role

• You are responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization and further implementation of O365 in the company. There you take a pioneering role in this and act as a point of contact for the business and work in close collaboration with the other team members;
• You have good knowledge of the O365 suite & you have medior/senior experience to further grow our collaboration & communication platforms, using Sharepoint Online, Teams, Viva Connections & Yammer;
• You closely follow Microsoft's strategy regarding O365 & applies/guides changes to the O365 suite accordingly, them where interesting for 9A & in line with the vision;
• You are also responsible for aligning and standardizing these tools across all 9altitudes regions;
• You always approach the operational processes and projects with a view to creating added value and guaranteeing the continuity of the applications;
• Together with the information management team, you ensure a clear analysis of business requirements and you supervise (with PM) the implementations until final delivery;
• In addition to guiding the implementation and configuration, you apply your expertise while analyzing needs and you map out the requirements/changes;
• You are jointly responsible for determining the priorities and activities related to the management and development of these applications;
• You follow up the issues related to O365 & you are in close interaction with the Infrastructure Team to correctly setup & secure them;
• You are aware of the sensitivity of the data you may come into contact with and ensure a clear strategy on information & data security within the O365 suite, using standard or 3rd party tools;
• You manage the migration & fade out from SharePoint on prem to Sharepoint Online;
• You closely follow Microsoft's strategy regarding O365 & applies/guides changes to the O365 suite accordingly, where interesting for 9A & in line with the vision;
• Together with the information management team, you ensure a clear analysis of business requirements and you supervise (with PM) the implementations until final delivery;
• As a SPOC, you will support and coach other colleagues in using the O365 suite.

Your strengths;

• You are preferably an experienced Bachelor IT management / applied informatics or similar knowledge through experience;
• You have experience in O365 suite, with main focus on Modern Workplace;
• Knowledge experience or interest in Work management and Advanced analytics; solutions in the suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Forms, Planner, To Do, Viva Insights Power BI Pro);
• Experience with the following applications is a plus: OneDrive, OneNote and Viva platform;
• Knowledge of SharePoint on prem is a plus;
• You are communicative, (internal) customer-oriented, and you aim for added value through teamwork;
• You take ownership, consider quality to be of paramount importance;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French is a plus.
