To support our growth and expansion plans in Slovenia, we are looking for a Business Development that will work very closely together with the Slovene Managing Director.

What are your responsibilities and activities as a Business Development Manager at 9A?

  • As a sales executive you are the direct contact within the sales organization for the further development of the customer portfolio. You translate the sales objectives into a concrete plan of action and you execute it according to the predetermined objectives;
  • You are mainly driven to look for new opportunities on the market by identifying and contacting prospects in order to further build the customer portfolio;
  • You identify and list the needs of your customer/prospect, in function of which you make offers, give product presentations and carry out contract negotiations;
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  • In the end you will manage the sales process from the first contact up to and including the deal;

Your strengths;

  • You possess at least 5 years of experience in a direct sales role, as a sales executive or account manager;
  • You are preferably a Master or an experienced Bachelor with a similar level of knowledge;
  • You are a born negotiator who can perfectly deal with sales targets and has the ability to close a deal;
  • You feel completely at ease with today's sales utilities;
  • You are sufficiently fluent in English and Slovenian;
