Your daily adventure

As a 9altitudes Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be working with teams cross departments and the various 9altitudes international entities. You will be involved in a wide range of legal assignments, covering the following topics:

  • provide expert legal advice to senior management and various departments on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect 9altitudes’ interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including anti-corruption, data protection, and industry-specific requirements.
  • identify and mitigate legal risks associated with 9altitudes’ operations and strategic initiatives.
  • oversee and manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, working closely with external legal counsels as needed.
  • develop and update 9altitudes policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
  • conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance matters to promote a culture of legal awareness and compliance.
  • liaise with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to represent 9altitudes’ interests and stay informed about legal developments.

Skills

  • Master degree in Law;
  • Proven +7 years of legal experience, preferably within a multinational corporation or a reputable law firm;
  • You are communicative, flexible, and go for added value through teamwork;
  • You take ‘ownership’, put quality first and realize what efficiency and agility can mean for the company and its clients; Providing pragmatic and solution-oriented responses for the needs of the business is key.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing, and have a good basis in French.
