Your role

As an E-commerce consultant, you will support our industrial clients through various project phases, from scoping and designing the desired customer journey to planning and executing the implementation.

Furthermore, as an E-commerce specialist you play a crucial role in defining and implementing new business models and go-to-market strategies. As a functional consultant you will be involved in the entire process from pre-sales phase to implementation - together we can make a difference.

Your strengths

You are preferably Master or an experienced Bachelor with a similar level of knowledge;
Understanding of E-commerce processes from marketing to order management is a necessity and demonstrable experience in E-commerce business solutions and applying them;
You have implementation experience in the IT world, here knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage;
You take "ownership", put quality first and realize what efficiency and agility can mean for a customer;
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing and have a good basis of French;
