In a flexible training program we start a journey together, in which technology, business and leadership are major pillars, among other things.

What can you expect from 9altitudes as a Young Potential?

The Young Potential Academy offers you a challenging fast track to a role as a consultant within our group. We select based on attitude and train based on your skills and knowledge.

We provide a well-defined trajectory to allow you to grow as quickly as possible by investing in your knowledge and talent. This bootcamp will prepare you in three months to get started independently within one of our teams.

This training prepares you for a permanent role in one of our specialist positions. At the end of the Academy you will be certified in specific areas of our target groups and ready to participate in ongoing projects.

Of course, your training does not end after 3 months. Together we will continue to build your career path.
