Except in case of deliberate intent or fraud and without prejudice to the severity of the error, the total cumulative liability of 9altitudes related to the Service is limited to one hundred thousand (100,000.00) EUR. However, 9altitudes will never be liable for any indirect damage, including but not limited to, any form of consequential damages, lost profit, financial or commercial losses, missed savings and/or automation, increase in overall costs, increased costs, reduced goodwill, damage due to business stagnation, etc.

9altitudes has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. Governing Law
These T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&C will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these T&C is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these T&C will remain in effect.
